About the lesson

Consult comes first where we sit and talk about my history and how my training works. We then move to your goals any drawbacks or injuries. Then most important why you want fitness training.
We then schedule an evaluation of where you currently stand physically. We do measurements of not only your height and weight but also body fat percentage. Then we go through a series of exercises and stretches to measure strength endurance and range of motion.
I then take that information and begin to develop a training program specific to the person.

Deadly! Love having him come to the house. Brings all the necessary equipment, is flexible and on time. Is able to make appropriate accommodations for old injuries. I highly recommend him
