About Larnell
Larnell Marion is a certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach and owner of Marion Fitness & Nutrition. Coach Marion’s style of intense energy blended with an authentic passion and genuine love to inspire and motivate people are the fabric of the company to help them to meet their fitness goals. He is determined to share his expertise to guide you along your health journey towards an improved quality of life. Coach uses over 20 years of experience in a background of athletics playing collegiate football as well as a military veteran who led to a life of working out and training well after his sports career ended.
The focus will be on each individual client with an emphasis on cardiovascular, resistance training, weight loss management, nutrition, and supplementation. Each person is unique, so a customized training program will be designed and well crafted for your particular needs!
