About Wonseleh
Im a believer in Jesus Christ and passionate about helping busy professionals, stay at home moms and whomever that's interested in staying active, motivated and challenged in pursuing their fitness goals! I've been in the training business for over 9 years now and I love what I do! I enjoy seeing peoples confidence increase when they accomplish things that they didn't think they were capable of anymore. As a former athlete and collegiate football player my workouts help bring out the inner athlete in my clients. I love to push my clients, not just physically but also mentally. I am certified through the NFPT (National Federation of Personal Trainers). I am a former collegiate athlete that's been in the fitness business for over 8 years now!

About the lesson

Each workout will begin with a dynamic warm-up then followed by a static stretch. Then depending on the focus for that day and the level the client is on we then will transition into various resistance exercises and lifts. Afterwards we would then finish with a few core exercises and a light cool down stretch.
Each workout will be challenging based off the clients fitness level.
