About Lamont
I’m Lamont Connor, certified fitness trainer and nutrition consultant. I’m a former college football player and have been a fitness trainer over 25 years. I offer online group fitness classes and nutritional guidance. Follow along live classes via zoom. I will demonstrate the exercises and provide modifications when needed. My classes are high intensity interval training (HIIT) designed for all fitness levels. Participants perform the exercises at their level and pace. Using body weight, or dumbbells that fit that fitness level, and increase the weight as they become stronger. My goal is to improve your health, while helping you to look better, feel better, and become more productive.
