About Tony

In 2013 I took the step and became a certified personal trainer through the national academy of sports medicine (N.A.S.M.) In 2019 I became a precision neuromuscular therapist (orthopedic testing hands on therapist). P.n.m.t can help alleviate muscle pain or symptoms that may arise through day to day living/activities or aches and pains that occur due to exercise and aging. in 2019 I also become f.m.s certified (7 movements to screen your body for any overactive/underactive or structural asymmetries or discrepancies). This will best help us to make sure you are moving correctly and optimally. I specialize in training the 40 and up population but can and have trained ages 14-87!

fms certified

neuromuscular therapist certified (alleviate muscular pain when it arises)

nutrition consultant (to help you with you body composition goals)

About the lesson

q&a history about them/goals/par-q/health history, and everything about you.

After the q&a we go through a fucntional movement screen. This includes 7 different moves that screens the body for any asymmetrys or discrepancies (over active or under active muscles). The fms scores are logged on the fms app. The results are sent to you via e mail. We use these scores to incorparte corrective exercises.

If your posture is poor to severe we will use the posture screen app to show you where you posture compares to optiaml alignment (we will use this as a bench mark of what to work from).

After 4-6 weeks if you are performing corretive exercise we will go over your fms screen again to see what you've progressed.

If you need nutrition advice I will send you my e book on how to calculte your calories and macronutrients. If further quesitons and answers are needed i will happily answer them.
