About Kim
My focus is on training and working with my client in all facets of health. I look for a level of commitment and motivation and then I work hard to get the results they want.
i am constantly learning and strive to apply what I learn to benefit my client.
I have been in the fitness industry did 15 plus years and am certified in Personal Training, Weight Loss Consulting and Coaching.
Corporate wellness is a big passion of mine.

I converse with my potential clients to see their goals and their motivation and how serious they are. Once we start I do an initial assessment of their health to see their capabilities and their limitations. Then I set up a personalized program for them specifically to monitor and adjust as needed. Every few weeks I reassess.
