About Aaron
I’m a chiropractic physician with 20 years of experience in the strength and conditioning field. I have worked as a fitness trainer, strength & conditioning specialist, and chiropractor for every level of athlete and customer. I have been a StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor since 2015 and have focused on the use of kettlebells in strength building and weight loss for the last 7 years. Because of my education I have the ability to put together incredibly valuable and safe workout programs that focus on a combination of body weight movements, kettlebell exercises, and nutrition to get the best results possible.

I obtain a brief health history and preliminary goal setting session to begin with. My time is valuable and I want to make sure you are ready to get the most value out of the process. I then perform a Functional Movement Screen in order to identify any important movement pattern dysfunctions that can be addressed by prescribing functional corrective exercises. After that, it’s time to work!
