About Dana
Age is just a number. I believe; It's never too late to make a change, you're never too old to improve yourself. You deserve more! You can do it too!
When my clients achieved their goals it makes me very happy and fulfilled my life. In the beginning usually they don’t know they can do it, but I can see the potential in everyone of them. I motivate my clients by showing them the good things they have, I set up with them goals they can achieve. I always challenge them in every workout and every set, this way they feel stronger and get better. They see the results that gives them motivation. My job is to show them the potential they have, and guide them all the way until they achieve it. I love my job, I love to work with people and help them to improve themselves, and be a part of the big change in their life.
