About Roy
I specialize in health and fitness for people over 50. Whether you've been active most of your life or you just decided to take care of you health, I can help. Since 1989, I've trained athletes and grandmothers. In 2015 I began to put all my focus on the over 50 population. I have numerous certification including Fitness Specialist from U.I.C., and Medical Exercise Specialist from A.A.F.P.. I enjoy empowering people to manage their health and fitness.
Since 1989 I've been taking workshops and certifications. Since 2010 I've been attending the yearly Perform Better Summit. For 4 days,over 30 world class specialist lecture and run hands on courses. In 2015 I also attended the Active Aging Conference.
