About Sean
Hello, my name is Sean Eichenberg, I have been actively practicing martial arts for nearly 35 years and have been teaching since 1990. I currently hold a 7th degree black belt in the art of Tang Soo Do, and have coached kickboxing, boxing and MMA at a championship level as well.
If you are looking for someone to motivate you to be your best and help you develop in martial arts or boxing then you have found the right instructor! I approach every individual with undivided attention and custom-fit training regimens to him or her.
At my gym, Triumph Boxing and Martial Arts, we have a team of dedicated coaches who all share the same philosophy: train smart and hard, train for results, no ego's allowed and have fun.

Every session/class begins with some type of warmup routine, then we get into the fundamentals of the sport they are wanting to learn.
