We assist our clients to uncover the 'bespoke' individual that is themselves of which there are no duplicates. Cycling and Styling go hand in hand. Both must be Bespoke.
We specialize in urban cycling and support our clients in improving their riding ability on city roads and urban/suburban environments (tarmac).
At B.E. Spoke, we teach you three things specifically:
1. the preliminaries (selecting bike, components, fit, accessories, and everything/anything else you need for your daily commutes (includes 'must haves' for on-road repairs
2. practical riding experience - we believe the best training is practical training. you will ride with one of our highly experienced trainers who will guide you in a series of systematic steps how best to enjoy your ride while remaining safe. The outcome should be a highly sharpened sixth sense.
3. How to style (dress) and complimentarily accessorize your bicycle for daily rides. In other words, 'styling for riding'. No, this is not styling in lycra and clipless shoes.
4. Personal / Group Fitness/Endurance Training focused on the Legs, Abs, and Back - "because you do not walk on your hands" (or biceps)...
