About Enmely

Enmely Rodriguez was born in Venezuela and raised in Miami, as an overweight child she was a target for bullying. This made her very shy and self esteem very low. Enmely not only overcame this time of her life, but she now has the opportunity to help countless people overcome similar situations.

I love to see a smille on clients face when they acheive their goals.

As a former pro athlete, I see alot of people that are being tought wrong. I want to teach any client the right way of doing it and keeping you results

About the lesson

First we start with an individual profile which will tell me their goals, nutrition habits and medical records if applicable.

second we will have a fitness assessment done to see which level the client is at the moment.

Third we wEnmely’s rough childhood is now the foundation of her dedication to helping others. Today, she is a Certified Personal trainer, fitness & nutrition expert, Herbalife independent distributor and is currently working on her passion for modeling.ork with the meal plan, supplements and fitness/nutrition advices.

We will definitely give you results and will have your body right where you wish it was and more.

All type of students

Make sure you are getting tought by someone who has experience in teaching you what you pay for and has actually been in competition for what they are teaching and they was good at it also.

Details

For private classes we start our price at $75 per hour and $40 half and hour.

Group classes it's $85 +tax with a card on file and must give a month prior to cancellation or if you pay cash it's $120.

Supplements & Meal Plan prices depend on your customized package.
