About Eric
We all know working out is not something everybody wants to do but the way that I train enables the client to enjoy it while also getting peak results. Everybody can do functional training and the best part is that your quality-of-life will no doubt get 100% better. My goal is to always push forward and to Challenge the body and mind for optimal results. And since I've been doing personal training for almost 20 years I've worked with all different types of injuries and health issues so modifications will never be an issue.
What I love about personal training is the transition and improvement of each and every client. How their body changes from the inside out and how their balance, mobility and overall strength just gets so much better. Every time I see a client do something they've never done before it puts a big smile on my face knowing that all of OUR hard work has paid off. Fitness is something you want to do in small steps because you want to create a routine for the rest your life not just for a specific time.
I went to a personal training school in New York and then immediately started my first personal training job at 1 on 1 training studio and just took it from there. I've worked in training studios, big box gyms and all different types of training facilities since then.
Since being certified at a personal training school in 2001 I've accumulated multiple certifications through ACE and NASM. I've worked at multiple training facilities as a lead trainer, training manager and owner working with hundreds of clients either doing 1 on 1 or small group personal training sessions.

When I start with a brand new client I first have to see what their strengths and weaknesses are. From there I develop a proper program based on their fitness level, goals and slowly get them moving in a way to get proper range of motion, balance and most of all continued improvement. I treat each client differently so that the uniqueness of the training keeps their interest high, risk low and most of all making it fun.
I've worked with all different types of clients from the young age of seven up to 88 years of age. Working with all different types of goals whether to work on speed and agility or a client who just wanted to learn how to stand up from a seated position. I've helped client increase bone density, lower their blood sugar if they have type two diabetes, losing weight or just getting The client to feel better about themselves

Details
Based on the clients needs I usually sell trainjnf packages ranging from 10 to 20 sessions decreasing the price per session based on the higher session packages. I will work with the client if there are financial issues as long as the price is still reasonable and I do offer discounted prices for small group training as well.
