About Mel

We have been in business in Las Vegas since 2005 and have literally helped thousands of people since then. Before that, we were in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1995. Our many years of experience has taught us to get success with the many different body types out there and we surely can help you!

We listen to the clients goals and employ a multitude of methods to meet them. We are in a private facility with a turfed field and have free weights and machines found in large gyms, but also many things dealing with athletic performance that large gyms don't have.

One of our specializations is Youth Sport Training. Our coaches are great at building the athletic skills of young athletes. We make them faster, stronger, more agile, better balanced and highly endurance conditioned. Get your child off the bench and into the starting rotation!!!

The best part about our job is getting our clients the results they want and deserve, letting them have fun while thay do it and making it a lasting part of their lives

About the lesson

Personal trainer lessons offered by Mel are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Las Vegas. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.

I’ve been coming to Bodysport for about 4 1/2 years now. I love how intimate the gym is and how it feels like family. The classes are effective...boot camp style and HIIT classes. I’ve become stronger from coming here and it was great for obstacle course race training! Come check it out. I highly recommend!

Clean facility, friendly and welcoming staff. All of the equipment a gym should have, Bodysport has. They offer a hige variety of group fitness classes, including a unique hula hoop fitness class. They play great music! They pretty much have it all!
