About Reggie
I got started back in 2002 where I was recruited by Bally Total Fitness as they saw potential in me and how I interacted with their members as a fellow member.
I then got certified and began training clients.
W.I.T.S. certified personal trainer for 19 years.

Before we begin our 1st session we will have a wellness evaluation.
During this evaluation, you will be able to tell me more about your goals and your current lifestyle.
From where we will go over your current nutritional and exercise habits. So that we can create a customized plan which is specific to your goals and needs.
Our 1st session will include a fitness assessment to see where your current fitness level is. This gives us a starting point so we can build upon where you are.
During your package, we will track your:
Weight, Body Fat, Circumference measurements along with the fitness tests to make sure your program is working to accomplish your goals.
Since I have been doing this for 17 years I have worked with a number of clients.
From children to professional athletes as well as corporate clients to the stay at home mom.
Our detailed wellness evaluation allows for the best results and plans possible as we will cover all aspects of your journey. This promotes better results towards your goals.
Be prepared to work hard but have fun doing it. You will be working towards a lifestyle transformation so that you not only get the results you desire you will keep them long term.
