Michelle is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach, and bodybuilding competitor. Unlike many people in the fitness industry, Michelle didn’t begin her journey towards a healthy lifestyle until after having children. At nearly 30 years old, she changed the direction of her entire life and made her health and wellness a priority. She understands how challenging and intimidating that first step can be and she is passionate about helping others overcome obstacles in their own path to health and fitness.
