About Constance

hello there!

I am a lifelong student and teaching professional in two primary fields, Spirituality and Meditation and I am also a Master Physical Fitness Professional with 45 years of experience. I was the Director of Personal Fitness at the University of California Santa Barbara and I also co-directed our Aerobic Certification Program there.

For the past 35 years I've also followed my deeply rooted call to become an Ordained InterFaith/ Interspiritual Minister.

I am a Spiritual Director, College professor, and Mindfulness Meditation instructor and yogi.

I am passionately in love with my work. I am delighted to work with many Spiritual Health students and clients and am blessed everyday through my own meditation and other contemplative practices. JOY can be a State of Living for all of us.

I have written an Award-winning book based on my course, Spiritual Health. And I am in the process of writing my second book called A Living Meditation which goes deeply into my "Living Spirituallity." concept and program.

I hold a Master's Degree in Human Potential from The University of Oregon, I am a Master Fitness Spcialist accrdited through The Cooper Institute in Dallas Texas. I have been certified in Pilates and Yoga through Gyrotonics. I've an undergrad degree in Performing Arts, music and Dance from The University of Montana. Spiritually, I am an ordained InterFaith/ Interspiritual minister. I graduated from The Spiritual Paths Foundation and Joan Brysenko's Claritas Institute of Interspiritual mentoring and Inquiry.

About the lesson

We begin with a first meeting where I take a survey of their primary needs. Then I share my style of training, guiding and/or mentoring (depending on the clients prime focus. We the discuss frequency of training ormentoring to acheive their desired goal as quickly and safely as possible.
