About Toni

I am a certified personal trainer and fitness coach, who is passionate about fitness and the positive impact it can have on your life.

I grew up dancing competitively, so you can say I've always been athletic. Throughout my years of dance, I never felt confident or strong. In fact, I hated my body and felt so insecure about my size. I turned to fitness 5 years ago and truly fell in love with the process. My training goals became less about a certain body image and more about feeling strong and excited for my workouts.

I feel it is my calling to help other women become the best version of themselves! It's so amazing that I get to help others with something that I am so passionate about.

I've competed in olympic lifting, powerlifting, and CrossFit. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for personal training and as a fitness nutrition specialist.
