About Kendall

I teach training from the inside out in other words I show clients have to clean the internal organs blood Etc and teach them how their body works and Get It Back in Balance...im aware of all the chemicals and poisons in our food and water and I teach my clients how to remove those daily toxins and teach them how to use their fat for energy on their body

People kept asking me how to do this how to do that about health and fitness so I decided to start a business helping people

I'm a certified fitness trainer certified Sports Nutrition specialist and certified lifestyle and weight management specialist also in school for naturopathic doctor and I study nutrition Health body everyday

About the lesson

I'm over the phone to see where their head is at and get to know a little bit about them and then take it from there

I work with everyday folks and a few athletes

Make sure they know how the body works and how Nutrition Works in the body and make sure that they are not followers of the media and fads someone who seeks truth only that's how you help people

Seeing different groups or individuals getting together to help people lose weight excetera can't think of the exact event

They should ask themselves have they already changed in their mind if they're trying to do something different it all starts in the mind it's not something you try something that you do something that you are
