Alex is personable, knowledgable and easy to work with. He explains the reasons behind the programs he develops, and he is happy to coach and correct where needed. I highly recommend his services.
I have enjoyed working with Alex both in group settings and one-on-one. Alex is an excellent motivator and incredibly responsive to questions. He is a great partner in setting goals and his follow-up and follow-through are top-notch. I highly recommend working with Alex. He has helped me both set goals, stay motivated, and achieve success.
