I enjoy the moments when clients achieve their fitness goals. The change in their life that I was able to be a part of it.

I started teaching at a big box gym. This was right after I graduated from Purude University in 1999.

I learned some things at the big box gym that allowed me to go on my own and open my own fitness studio.

I operated from 2005 until 2014.

It was a functional based fitness studio without machines only funcationl based fitness tools like TRX and Free weights.

I have been certified since 1999.

I have training with BOSU, TRX, and Lebert systems.

I have worked with kids, adults, and seniors.

About the lesson

I offer a complimentary assessment to start.

After this session, I start with the most important client need.

I design workouts and offer homework so the client is always active.

I have worked with kids between 8 and 14.

I have worked with teens between 14 and 19.

I have worked with young adults and adults.

I have worked with seniors too.

The advice I would give is to be sure the vision that the teacher has is the same vision as yours.

In other words, be on the same page.

Also, look for personality matches. If a teacher is too agressive and does not listen, and you require more of a mello and eager teacher, then this would not work out in the long run.

Details

I have a pricing for travel and a pricing for on-site training. The third option is online.

My travel rate is $60 - $100 per session. It all depends on how far I have to travel.

My on-site rate is $50 per session.

I prefer 60 minute session however, I will arrange 30 minute session if it makes sense for both parties.

My online training rate is $40 per session. This includes skype or zoom calls and Q/A time.
