A brief discussion first addressing where we are right now and where we're going together and how we're going to get there. Then we'll get to the fun stuff!

Kids to adults

Do they only address symptoms? Or also address roots of issues? Do they understand how a tight thoracic spine or tight hips can inhibit a body's natural motion and create knee pain, back pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain if not addressed, during golf, exercising, working, or just living life? Do they do the activity for you or educate you and empower you? I use my full knowledge base and experience to make sure we don't miss anything and give you the best potential for what you want to do!
