Founded in 2014, FOUR Elements Fitness is a WOC-owned martial arts gym and art gallery based in Oakland, California. Catering to all levels, bodies, and genders, they offer a range of services such as boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, personal training, yoga, and more. With a focus on community support, they provide specialty programming for the LGBTQ, SW, POC, and local Oakland groups working with at-risk individuals. Besides being a fitness hub, they are also a dog-friendly gym, making fitness an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all.
