About Eric

We offer Wellness and Nutrition Coaching as well as Personal Training, Group Training, Different Bootcamps and Corporate Accounts.

We have Certified Personal Trainers, Certified Bootcamp Instructors and Certified Wellness and Nutrition Coaches on Staff to balance training with educating our clients in eating habits, sleeping and other areas which will improve performance.

I played Division II Basketball for 4 years and started as a freshman and became an assistant for 2 years.

I coached boys and girls from the ages of 5 - 17 in county recreation leagues for 4 years.

I was an official for 10 years throughout the MD, DC & VA area for Basketball with MBOA.

Played and Coached Basketball in High School and at a Division II University for 4 years.

Gave Clinics at my former High School and Junior High School.

I am a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

About the lesson

Beginners to Advanced level

Being patient and practical about your level and skill set. This will enable an individual to improve quicker and work and focus towards their goals realistically and exceeding them.

Having a person who is passionate and love what they do and teach and not dictate and also listens to their clients.
