About Mac
Mac MacCargar - Nationally Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach. Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist. Over 20 years of Instructional / Trainer experience. Combat Veteran. Focus on behavior modification to promote lifelong health changes. I believe that living a healthy lifestyle is not just about ones physical body...but more so their emotional and mental state of happiness. I thoroughly enjoy helping people become the best versions of themselves and find the happiness and empowerment they are seeking.
I have heard people say that "Training and Certifications don't make a good Trainer"...and that is correct... BUT... just having good intentions and the desire to help others... doesn't make you a good Trainer either. I have my Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). NASM is an NCCA Accredited Certifying Agency (not an online buy your cert company). I hold a Specialization in Fitness Nutrition (NASM) as well as my Health Coach Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). ACE is also NCCA Accredited. I also hold a Specialization in Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning (NASM) and my Muay Thai Fitness Instructor Certification (NESTA). I have attended several workshops in Personal Training and MMA Conditioning.

The first step is to schedule a phone interview. We will discuss the basics of your goals of working with a Personal Trainer. I will answer any questions you have, as well as ask you some questions to determine if we will be a compatible match for working on your goals. After that interview, we will schedule a Face to Face meeting to go over any details or questions not covered during our Interview and again determine if we are compatible for working together. Working with a PT is very personal...so you need to select the right PT to work with.
