About Dee
Hello,
I have been teaching and receiving the benefits of yoga for almost 20 years.
I teach a healing hatha yoga and the deep experience of peaceful Heartfulness meditation.
My classes acknowledge the Sacred Source of Yoga and the Sacred Body Temple, Mind and Spirit.
Helping others heal and feel Oneness.
My Passion is my teaching.
I am certified by the Great Master Charji.

About the lesson

I ask each new student to arrive 15 minutes early so that we can discuss any injuries, medical conditions, medications and stress level. I will know if I have to modify poses for any student. There should be absolutely no pain in my classes. The students my feel some discomfort if they have not stretched in a while. Yoga teaches us to listen to our bodies. Our bodies know the differnece between pain and discomfort. My classes are for all fitness levels. My youngest student is her 20s and my oldest student is 81.
