About Ethan
The day I turned 18 I began lifting, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Through my personal motivations, I’ve found a passion and talent in the fulfilling world of fitness. This puts me in a unique position to help YOU reach your body composition goals and a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle.
I'm an ISSA certified Elite Trainer and Bodybuilding Specialist, as well as the Head Trainer at Wood Conditioning and a Personal Trainer at Genesis Health Clubs.
I'm certified as an Elite Trainer through the ISSA which includes my Nutritionist License, CPR & AED Certifications, and Bodybuilding Specialization.
I've worked with all types of people.

Before working with any new client, we go through a process I call the PFA, or Personal Fitness Assessment. This includes a health-screening questionnaire, a few questions on exercise history, and an in-depth look at who they are as a person. This assessment can also include optional cardio, physiological measurement, flexibility, strength, or endurance tests, as well as bodyfat testing. From here, I will go over pricing, how sessions work, and I'll detail a rough outline of what a typical workout program would look like for the client.
