About Caroline

Caroline’s passion for fitness keeps her motivated to support people fulfilling their own personal fitness goals.

Her 15 years of experience as a personal trainer has developed her knowledge to maintain her clients focused on what actually brought them to start their fitness journey.

Her life coach acumen brings them extra support when it comes to breaking through their obstacles to obtain the next level of accomplishments.

Caroline’s philosophy is that “you can obtain any fitness level you want” but the question would be “Are you willing to do what it takes?!”

I m a certified trainer & business owner, my experience in both areas add up to 20 years by now & my greatest expertise is my coaching experience with all my clients & the specific support they may need. Everyreality is very unique & should be treated as so.

About the lesson

We first have a complementary visit to go over their level of fitness, goals & an overall picture from where they are & where they want to be, it's a full hour of evaluation and a good workout within their levels
