About Susan
I have been obese, I have been anorexic. I understand both ends of the weight spectrum and the emotions that accompany each. I have reversed my own osteoporosis through weight training and diet, and currently deal with hypothyroidism. So I am nuanced in several different pathologies and conditions.
I love establishing personal connections with clients, as they all have different needs and goals.
I've been a lifelong athlete, bodybuilding since 2001, and I compete in Masters Figure. Am certified in Personal Training, Group Fitness Instruction, and as a Sports Nutrition Specialist.

I like to do a phone consultation to get an idea of what the client would like to get from training with me. Then we discuss realistic goals, what kind of equipment the client has access to, and what their experience with fitness has been.
