About Alexei
We are 3 StrongFirst Elite Instructors, ready to teach safe & effective technique for getting strong, building endurance, & improving mobility.
All of our students start off learning proper Kettlebell & Bodyweight techniques, as well as mobility training to begin addressing joint imbalances & longevity. These skills serve our students well for the rest of their lives-- no matter what tools they have available for their strength training in the future.
Being brilliant at the basics will get you far, but for those who are ready, we also teach how to use Barbells, Indian Clubs, Mace/Gada, & more advanced bodyweight movements.
It is our goal to teach our students how to feel strong, healthy, & ready for anything life may throw at them.
