About Grant

All of our fitness programs are custom tailored to the clients needs and goals!

We are a by appointment only fitness studio so we are never overly crowded and have zero "gym intimidation".

Our pricing is industry competitive and we don't require any membership, initial, maintenance, or other hidden fees. Also, we don't require any long term training contacts.

About the lesson

I like to learn as much I can from every person I meet. Learning about people is the second funnest part of my job, the first being seeing my clients achieve their goals!

I start with a ground up approach working to correct postural issues and muscular imbalances to ensure safety and a better quality of life.

Then comes the fun part! Working toward your goals. Wether it be weight loss, increased strength or any combination, we can work together to make it happen!

I've worked with clients ages 16-91 years old. Scoliosis, meniscus and MCL rehabs, heart conditions to discuss. I won't say I've seen it all but I've worked with everything I just listed. Nothing is to big of a challenge.

1x week $50 a session
2x week $45 a session
3x week $40 a session

We also don't require any term contacts unlike most.
