About Matthew
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 certified coach.
I have been in the fitness industry for nearly a decade and have experience working with people of all abilities. I can customize programs for clients with any goals./
My passion is palpable and I am in this business to help people change their lives. I am patient, empathetic and will give every bit of myself in order to help you achieve your goals.

I would like to meet with you initially to sit down and discuss your goals, your history, exercise (or lack of), your current lifestyle and get a better understanding of who you are. Of course, this is a two way street, and I know you would like to know the same about me.
A personal trainer is not just someone who prescribes exercises. A trainer is someone who is along for the journey with you to achieve your goals. If there is not a connection on a personal level, it will not work. SO, our meeting is not only for me to learn about you, but its for you to learn who I am and see if I am someone you would like to work with.
From that meeting, we will be able to come up with a strategy on how we will help you achieve your goals and become healthier and happier.
