About Joe
Bridgetown Fitness is committed to design group fitness classes for all levels. We stand behind creating an exciting environment along with creative workouts that help move everyone to their personal fitness goals.
I enjoy helping others reach their health and fitness goals! I also enjoy inspiring and motivating others to create and chase big goals!
We have certified trainers as well as professional athletes on our instructor roster.

Our typical process for working with new clients ae having them come in for a free first class session. This applys to both group classes and personal training sessions. This will allow us to learn more about their current body coditioning and health.
We have worked with a large variety of students. We welcome all levels of fitness.
