About Mauro

I like to use high intensity exercises and combine them with agility and strength exercises, in their proper order to obtain results in an efficient way. There is no easy way, it's just about hard work. That is my philosophy.

The most enjoyable part of my job is the results and happy faces of my clients when they start to feel that they are close to their goals. I believe that everyone has the power to become who they want to be and I consider that I have the tools and the knowledge to help people with that. I don't want to be the personal trainer who only chooses ramdom exercises to make you sweat and move. I want to be the coach who takes your goals seriously and motivates you to work hard to achieve it!

I'm a ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Strenght and Conditioning Coach. I'm certified by Crossfit Inc. for Weightlifting, Running Techniques, Lesson Planning.

I also attended Power Monkey Fitness seminars, which helped me understand how the body should function efficiently on its different planes.

About the lesson

I like to start with a free demo class at first. This helps the client to understand the way I like to work without any compromise.

After this we start programming the best efficient way to put our hands in our goals, it's essencial that we get to know each other so I can understand the athlete and the athlete can understand me.

Classes are around 50 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the level and necessities of the athlete.
