Whether your a beginner or just looking to get back in shape let me help you tackle the impossible one step oneday at a time.Ive been semi pro boxing for over 8 yrs and have played basketball on a advanced level from black top to under the whisle. I will prush you to get the best out of anything we set out to do.oneday one step at a time.I have a personal training certification and have been a boxing certified trainer for over 6yrs with references and credintials, theres always room for improvement so lets start winning
I am active in sports and wanted to teach people what i know , and how to be effective in doing the things that you set your mind to do.

First we would take it slow to get a feel for what we can do, we dont want to discourage anyone so i would just try diffrent exercises to see if we can build something that impowers results ..quality results
Everything from beginning to pros , kids seniors if you have the unwillingness to learn i have the patience and time to teach
To dont always rush into trying to get results overnight , but to take your time knowing that you have to give your body time to respond .so picking a trainer that knows these things will help you in the long run far as health and results
Had a chance to work with jason morris a stand out all American that recently played for Gtech , But a injury sidlined him so I've had a chance to work with him to get him back active on the court and strength and endurance training
