About the lesson

We offer a FREE INTRO COURSE which consist of 2 FREE CLASSES which are done inside a regular class, so you get the one on one attention while also seeing what goes on in a regular class.

Men Women and Children who range for those interested in a different workout routine and the way to professional and amateur fighter

Try out a class, make sure you see or participate in an actual class and make sure you feel comfortable with the instructor and other students.

Recently officiated a World Kickboxing Associtation World Muay Thai title match in Calgary Canada
