About Shelly

For nearly 30 years, I've combined experience as a former professional athlete, a degree in sports medicine, and a passion for biomechanics.

This dynamic mix has allowed me to help individuals of all ages, levels, and experience achieve their goals in 1:1 sessions in a fantastic facility located in NW San Antonio OR online for anyone outside the local area.

This includes;

* Pre- and post- rehabilitation,

* Injury prevention - movement assessment and progression

* Olympic Development in the sports of triathlon

* Equestrian rider fitness

* Fitness lifestyle integration

Overall, I specialize in working with the individual. All of my training, instruction and programs are customized: yes, tailor-made for YOU. Swim group training and a group track session offered every week.

No Problem! I am one of only 18 USA Triathlon Cerrtfied Level 3 Elite Coaches in the US. I've coached National Champion Junior Elites, Age-group National Champions, Para-triathlete National Champion, All distances from sprint to IM and All ages from youth to adult to professional. I've taught National level triathlon certification courses and host camps and clinics.

* Equestrian Rider Fitness.

No Problem! I am an avid horse enthusiast with an extensive background in Dressage, Jumpers, and Eventing. My current clients come from a wide variety of interests from driving to western disciplines, to saddle-seat. Through fitness you can become a better partner to your horse!
