I went threw 3 trainers at LA Fitness then met Chad at his gym over 2 years ago. He is super knowledgeable and makes sure you're doing things correctly. I have hips issues since I sit and stand most the day. I recommend him whenever possible.

I have known Chad for 8 years, I workout and work with him at Method Athlete, as a massage therapist and busy Mom with two girls. If I don't schedule him in... I don't workout. I know I need to get stronger.
Yes... there are days I'm tired. I travel a lot with girls softball. Among 50 other things that Mom’s do... Right?
If I have to refer anyone I know... I introduce them to Chad first.
