I was an overweight child then a coach in high school took the time to teach me weight lifting and nutrition.

I have a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition. I also have over 20 certifications over my 34 years of experience

I started researching personal training facilities due to my gym being closed because of Covid 19. I have been working out in a big gym for several years but not seeing much results. I've only been working with James for approximately 3 weeks and already I can see a change in my body! He challenges me and I've never done the same exercise twice! I'm so motivated to go and feel fantastic afterwards. He checks on me daily to see how I'm doing and if I'm making good food choices. The facility is clean and the equipment is top notch. I highly recommend James for personal training! I can't wait to see what's in store for me.
