Experienced tutor in Personal trainer in Shelton, Kristina offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Kristina is such a nice person who has helped me a lot already, even though we have only had four sessions so far. I came to her as a couch potato with sciatica and knee pain, and she has helped me significantly reduce my discomfort through exercises that carefully targeted the strengthening of specific muscles relevant to those areas. She is smart, knowledgeable, and kind, and I could not recommend her more highly!

My personal trainer is very knowledgeable and experienced. She is able to be flexible with her program to adjust to her client’s specific needs.
