About Doreen

Personal Trainers at Reformed Fitness have helped hundreds become fit so they can "Do. Life. Better." Their specialty is motivating transformation through consistent exercise, better nutrition, and weight loss since 2014. They offer weekly one-on-one personal training, group training, and a weight loss service called Body Fit.

Though they are locally known as a womens personal training business, they also have a lesser know thriving mens physical fitness program as well, called Fastest Fit.

Clients come Mascoutah, Belleville, Scott Air Force Base, O'Fallon, Shiloh, Swansea, Fairview Heights, New Baden, and other local towns each week to get fit with Reformed Fitness.

We have worked with hundreds of clients over the years.

We have found the essential first step is getting to know each other.

If we agree, then we get started with your goals, initial assessment, and some paperwork.

If not, we can recommend you to another trainer that maybe a better fit, if you so desire.
