I began coaching while I was in high school and began coaching middle school & lower school athletes. The transition to personal training began when I was looking to change careers and hone in on my desire to create a healthier community within my friends and the greater network.

About the lesson

An in person or virtual assessment occurs first. We'll go through some standard movement protocols to assess your training age and relative strength. Depending on how our conversations have gone, the next session will either be within the week or followed up with custom programming.
