About Rosalind
My life has been pretty AWESOME! I was featured in Essence Magazine, Stuart Magazine and Venture Magazine and was voted BEST ONE-ON-ONE trainer by Stuart magazine. I launched a fun routine called HIGH HEEL WORKOUT that captured TV attention allover the US and even Australia! I love what I do! My goal? To share my gift of COACHING YOU TO MAKE THAT CHANGE with as many willing and able people as possible in a fun and professional way. These day's I spend a great deal of my time making sure that my clients have no excuse for not being able to meet their fitness goals. You and I know that it's quite the challenge! That's where wellness coaching, personal training services, group fitness, and our new service StretchMEthod comes in. We use an "Active Isolated Stretching Technique". If you are and athlete, these assisted stretches will enhance your performance and help prevent injury. For people like you and me....StretchMEthod can literally reactivate your lifestyle!

It’s so awesome to see the results of a clients hard work. If you think you can’t make time for fitness, or that you can’t do it because of your age you have to take the work ‘can’t’ out of your vocabulary. If you start talking negative, I’m going to find a way to bring it back to the positive side. Positive reinforcement is a great way to build momentum towards your main goal.
