About Denise

Located in the heart of Sugar Land, Texas, Restorative Fitness and Nutrition offers personalized services and focuses on fitness and nutrition for REAL LIFE. No fad diets, no fitness extremes, just healthy foods and exercise that any age or fitness level can enjoy!

Fitness classes are small to give you a personal training experience for less. My nutrition services are very reasonably priced and every client receives indivudualized nutrition education and meal plans.

I have a master's in health and nutrition and am a certified personal trainer with years of experience in group fitness and personal training. Let me help you meet your nutrition and fitness goals!

I love helping people learn to live healthier lives! We only get one body and we need to treat it right. Living and eating healthy is so rewarding and it is a pleasure to help people understand and see the rewards! My mission is to encourage and support my clients, never shame them. Good health is a journer and we are all at different places in our journey. My job is to guide my clients and support them along the way!

I have a master's in health and nutrition education. I am a certified personal trainer, certified fitness nutritionist and a certified weight loss specialist. I am also certified in senior fitness.

About the lesson

For nutrition, I take into account each client's personal goals and look at how I can help them meet those goals with reasonable modifications in their diet. For fitness, I like to tailor my workouts to meet my client's fitness goals and to meet them where they are at physically.

With fitness I work with all ages and fitness levels. Our studio is small and has no mirrors so it is perfect for those who feel uncomfortable in big gym or studio settings. I work with seniors, obese clients, teenagers, couples and families.

For nutrition, I work with special diets, people with chronic illness, weight loss clients and with people just wanting to learn to eat a healthier diet.

Find someone you trust and who keeps you motivated. Fitness and nutrition can be personal and if you want to stay on the right track, you need to trust the person you are working with. Also find someone who is encouraging and supportive.
