About Beth
A recovering political consultant, Beth Hernandez first discovered Pilates in 2001 when she was a stressed-out 20-something living in Washington, DC. Fast forward to a move back to Texas, a husband, two kids and a demanding career, Beth became increasingly drawn to Pilates as a way to tone her body and calm her mind. Beth has been teaching for 5 years and is certified through Pilates Sports Center, with additional training through Balanced Body. She loves to help clients relax, de-stress and discover Pilates as a way to improve their physical and mental health. She is excited to share her passion for Pilates as the owner of south Austin’s newest Pilates studio.
