We are integrative health consultants. I help students implement nutrition changes that largely have to do with the diet through accountability, meal planning, exercise, education, movement, lifestyle medicine, stress reduction. Most dietary issues are related to the gut biome and immunology. We get down to root issues.

I have been a lifelong vegetarian and help others adjust to plant-based life as well as being a competitive athlete, it has been my lifelong passion: nutrition and movement.

I love the freedom! I can work with who I want when I want, where I want. I love making a difference and to know that somewhere some life is being extended because of what I'm teaching is exciting!

I have a passion for helping people become enlightened. This is a great diet for spiritual ascension or good to complement meditation, cleanses, and breathwork also.

I help people lose weight and by eliminating toxins, hormones, and other chemicals in their diet. We determine if they have had bad reactions to food based on a method that involves a few moving parts which I discuss during the intake.

About the lesson

I do an initial intake interview to have a starting point.

I then design a nutrition program for 6 weeks.

We work together on a weekly basis to accomplish your goals.

Humans mostly!

All teachers are different. Find one you have a common bond with and get them to explain how they're program is going to change your life! I look for value in the content of what the teacher produces.

Easter is pretty exciting. I didn't go to church because I'm not into organized religion but I am very spiritual. I do claim Jesus Christ as one of my master/guru/saviors and I love the colors for spring, not the diet, it's too sweet.

In my program there is. If you don't lose weight, reduce your inches or BMI then we've failed and I would return your money to you which is why it is very important to ask lots of questions in the initial phone call before we decide to work together.

$100 week for one video chat and unlimited and optional text or email support during the 6-week program. Clients can expect to lose 3-13 lbs depending on start weight and how close to ideal weight.
