About Dc

Hello! My name is DC Banks and I want to help you achieve your fitness goals!! I am a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach located in Tempe, AZ. I have been in the training field for about 6 years now and have worked with people from various backgrounds ranging from the NFL and NHL to a stay at home mom and business owners.

My fitness background started back when I played collegiate football and rugby. After my career had ended I went on to complete 4 internship programs and have been training people since. Ive been featured on Sports Center, ESPN, and Sports Illistrated multiple times with some of my creative workouts. Im currently a 2x American Ninja Warrior! I hope I get the chance to work with you!

Being a collegiate athlete with the schedule that we had really grew on me. It showed me that I wanted to train and help people accomplish their goals for the rest of my life!

I have been a certified personal trainer for the last 5 years and have trained people from all walks of life. My ninja warrior trainer has really helped me expand my knowledge on fitness by introducing me to several more different types of training!

About the lesson

Start with a 20 min consultation to get to know each other alittle better, then schedule our first session from there.

I started out only training athletes and then presented with another opportunity I started working with anybody with fitness goals.

If you want a teacher that pushes you mentally and physically then I am your guy. If you want a teacher that will bring a smile to you even on your worse days with uplifting positive energy then I am your guy. If you want a teacher that actually cares then I am your guy!
