About Mitchell

With almost 10 years experience working with youth to middle aged athletes, I have helped numerous individuals attain and exceed their goals in competition, in life, in health, and in their lives. With athletes that have set national goals, competed up to the Olympic Trial level, D1, and more, I don't just try to make you work hard, I show the value of character in effort in every walk of life. Even if your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, and just be healthier, the same rules apply, but with different needs in regards to struture, nutrition, and exercise selection.

Thats a long story that basically stemmed from me teaching martial arts for a long time, and having a passion to help people be their best. I was told by many of my students that my teaching style was very thorough and technical and that spurred me to try and make a career out of it.

About the lesson

We go through a few questions and an assessment checking a few things- movement, lifestyle, goals, interests, and so on. From there we discuss an appropriate plan to help them reach their goal.

I don't know how to diversify this questions, I work with youth athletes starting around 12 years old, and then I have some clients as old as 55, I have gained education with specifics on how to work with each age and maturity level as to be the most effective I can.

Don't just choose the cheapest one, you don't want to trust your health to the lowest bidder.

There are too many to list, but recently sending out a survey to past and current clients allowing them to answer with anonimity, and reading the wonderful responses. I can share the answers with whomever requests.

I do have stardard pricing for my time, which also includes your gym access pricing where I am located.

First 4 sessions with me for new clients get a standardized introductory package of $140 (which is between $40-$100 in savings from my standardized pricing listed below)

For youth/college students and athletes my discounted fees are $45 per session, 7 or more per month allows you access to the gym an any day/hour the gym is open, even when you're not with me.

My standard fee is $60 per session for 50-60 minutes, and $35 for 30 minutes.
