Perfect Anatomy Training is a mobile training company that comes to your home, work, etc to train you anywhere you are at to help you get in shape.
The owner of the company Obi Obadike is a a celebrity fitness trainer and best-selling author of a diet and exercise book (TheCut). He has written more than 150 fitness articles a writer for top fitness website such as Bodybuilding.com, Livestrong and other top fitness magazines and fitness sites. He co-authored a book TheCut with Hollywood Actor Morris Chestnut.
He has trained celebrities such as Steve Harvey, Stephen A Smith, Morris Chestnut and he has had successs transforming every day average people that are either overweight or obese.

Helping people reach their fitness and health goals is the greatest thing I love to do.
I've been a certified fitness and nutrition professional for about 17 years. And I also a former Division I Top Track athlete- Sprinter who competed at Cal State Fullerton. i was the school record holder in the 100, 200 meters and 400 relay.
I have a B.A, B.S and M.S Degree. I am also certified as a personal trainer and nutrition specialist with ISSA.

I try to work with people's budget within reason. I always like to negotiate over the phone and find out what they can afford. Travel will always dictate how much the price will be but I am always typically fair if I believe it will be a long term client.
