About Herb
I know that the key to helping clients of mine is to understand them first and foremost. Doing this allows me to find out the reason why they have the goals they do. Establishing this base gives me what I need to give them the best program I possibly can. When my clients win, I win.
I enjoy absolutely everything about it. From being in the health industry, to taking care of my body, to coaching others to do the same, to waking up every day loving what I do, the list goes on. I'm very grateful to do what I do and how I do it. For that reason I try positively affecting the lives of others with the same thing that's been so beneficial to me.

I begin by taking the client through an assessment (complimentary with the purchase of any initial package) where we find their current fitness level. From there, we discuss goals they have in mind and what some of their biggest obstacles in achieving those goals are. Once thats discussed I begin building their program relative to their goals while guiding them towards success along the way.

Details
I offer 3 kinds of services to clients; in-person, online and hybrid training services. The hybrid option is a combination of both the online and in-person and is my preferred way to deliver training.
Everything is delivered in packages. The in-person packages are delivered in 1,5,10 and 20 Session packs and can be used however we agree are upon. The online services come at a monthly flat rate.
